Risk Stamp

A Risk Stamp is a compact, externally verifiable reference to a SUMUN analysis snapshot.

It can bind the contract address, chain, analyzed block, code hash, report hash, risk level, and issuance time. Explorers, wallets, and monitoring systems can compare those values with current on-chain state.

If an upgrade changes the active implementation or relevant code hash, the stamp should be treated as stale and a new analysis requested.

Risk Stamp verification can read the on-chain record directly and does not require a separate SUMUN verification API.

A Risk Stamp proves that an analysis record was issued for a snapshot. It is not a safety certificate.
